I recently recieved 4mg pills, I know alittle bit about them but wanted to see how many I should start off taking. I have become very tolerant to oxycodone due to an injury so not sure if that matters.

It seems like it's pretty strong. I did a little research and 2mg pills are worth $50USD and up on the street. The strongest ones you can get are 8mg. I would say try the dosage they tell you to take then maybe work your way up from there. It is a derivative of Heroin, so you do need to be careful and make sure you don't OD.

yeah i did alittle research on it too, basically I had surgery and got a perscription for like 100 of them and i took one and it didn't help at all. I just want some pain relief and get alittle out of it. I just wanted to see if anyone else has extra info
