what do you mean 30 day advance? like a notice?
they send you a notice usually 2 weeks or more b4. but most of the time the next court date is scheduled in court.

i am supposed to get something in the mail telling that i have to appear in court in 30+ days is what i was told. apparently not though

so anyway... will i have enough time to get it out of my system before probation?

Should be,
Some probation officers will let you fail your first test.

But thats if they are nice,
just drink a shit load of water, or read my post on "i have a drug test in 7 days"

i posted in that thread. anyway, water only dilutes your piss. thc is fat soluble.
