about 2 months ago, i got caught with weed at school. they called the police and told me that i would have a court date. they have yet to notify me of when.

i really want to smoke weed. i am almost certain i will get probation. how far in advance will they tell me of my court date? if i get probation will they immediately test me? can i smoke weed and not get in any further trouble?

whatever help will be greatly appreaciated

I have a thing with not caring or giving a fuck. If I was in jail or whatever, at least I'm still alive. I don't give a fuck what happens... Just take it as it comes.

Naw dont even trip i got on probation like a week back.I knew i was gonna get on but smoked bud like the day before.Just tell them your dirty and they cant do shit bout it cause it aint a probation violation or anything like that.So all i can say is smoke as much weed as you can while you can!!!

yea the thing is they actually would put you in jail too which is shitty. anyway yea i got a letter in the mail about a month after i got arrested an what i was charged with. then like 2 weeks later i got a thing in the mail with the court date on it soooo. yea but maybe depeding on what state you live in it might be the same or close to the same thing were you are.

As much as we would all love to act like we do that and could get away with it. Dont do it. You will end up sitting in jail wishing you were smart enough not to listen to some guy off the internet. (yes im some guy off the internet too but my logic makes more sense)

if its your first time getting caught then do it because all they will do is just slap you on the wrist and tell you not to do it again if you been caught before then i wouldn't because they will do something

I got caught growing 11 years ago. I got in a car wreck and they raped my ass for growing. Even though they arent supposed to be able to do shit about it. And i was sober when i crashed. No drugs in car.

I was in school at the time. I think thats why I got off easy. Now that im an adult the government likes to fuck me. It sucks.

Nah dude smoke up man. But after the court date don't smoke at all man. The first drug test doesn't matter as much. Because you can say some of it is in your system still or something man I'm fucked up man haha.
