This totally depends on your state. Here in New Jersey I got arrested for possession once. They caught me with a bowl, that was it. I get charged with: Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of CDS, Possession of CDS in a Vehicle and Careless Driving. Only got convicted of Possession of CDS and Obstructing Traffic. But, what I'm getting at is that they charged me with Possession of CDS over resin, not even Marijuana.

Never met a cool cop in my life. None of my family is cops either. But the bummer is I got one who lives across the street from me. The idiot haha. It cracks me up that I'll be in my house gettin high or drinkin and I can look outside and see him and his dumb police car right there.

I was at a concert and was super fucked and we had a J going arround by where i was standing and to be honest had no clue who was in the circle and passed it to a cop and he showed me his badge and told me to put it out. Didnt do anything else. Bad ass cop.

i know a number of badass cops who have let me off with warnings for possession.
