Why is it that my isolated guinea pig preparation has a strong contractile response to acetylcholine and carbachol, with no apparent antagonism by tubocurarine, while my chick biventer cervicis responds very well to norepinephrine, but not to acetycholine OR carbachol!?

Also, why is my suxamethonium causing a complete inhibition of contraction in my vascular smoothe muscle preparations!?!?!

And as for using Suxamethonium chloride it acts as a depolarizing muscle relaxant. It imitates the action of acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction, but it is not degraded by acetylcholinesterase but by pseudocholinesterase, a plasma cholinesterase. This hydrolysis by pseudocholinesterase is much slower than that of acetylcholine by acetylcholinesterase.
