No, niacin makes you sweat an piss like crazy an when you sweat you are losing fat an everytime you piss a small amount of THC exits your body. It probably does some other shit that helps too but im not sure what it is if anything else.

Caffeine makes a great diuretic if we're talking about pissing the THC out. And You can check online, or at your local headshop. Lots of places sell detox kits and stuff. No word on how well they work though.
