Someone name some "new" school rap that isn't fucking horrible.

Pac, biggie, Big L, and Nas set the bar WAY TOO HIGH for everyone else to keep up. Fuck.

Bone Thugs did a good job, fuck even Wu-Tang was aight for awhile, but lil wayne? Soulja Boi? fuck those guys.

Method Man is my favorite rapper alive, then icecube, then SPM. Eminem is ok i guess since as far as i know he hasn't sold out. (Hasn't done a song with justin timberlake etc..)

Also if anyone says immortal technique is going to save rap, please go jump out of an airplane or something.

yeah rap sucks. but i like immortal technique alot, but lil wayne and all that junk is just recycled garbage, i mean at least technique is diverse in what he speaks about.

besides immortal technique, non phixion, old eminem, psychopathic(if you consider it *rap), im all rock.

and yea i agree, basically any kind of rap/hip hop played on teh radio sucks balls and the people responsible deserve to die a horrible death
great band(still alive today too) is jedi mind tricks, and any band associated with them,
celph titled, army of teh pharoahs, apathy, and snowgoons are all recent groups/rappers that dont suck balls

gangsta rap sucks period. Tupac, biggie, etc weren't trying to be gangsta, they were being real. Rap should be real and soon you're going to see a wave of indie rap coming on mtv because gangsta rap and all that shit is played out and fake. Immortal tech isn't that great, he is real and ok, but he is extremely repetative and his lyrics get worn out quick. So fuck all mainstream rap, it sucks.

I like bone-thugs, dmx, pac, ect. there all old school and prety good, but i also like some rock, and deth metal to, and techno & some rave, i mix my music up so it doesent get old to quick, plus techno & rave are the best to listen to when you trip

The only mainstream rap I like is Eminem. Other than that... underground for life. And mostly shit from the 90's
