what are you talking about? pc's make it EASIER. you have more control, you can mod almost any game, you dont have to pay for the online services, just your home internet.....fucking hell....all you have to do to play cod4 on your pc, is buy a pc, set it up, register windows (hell, you can ignore that if you want, only takes 10 minutes in my experience, at most, and that was cause i had some issue the one time where i lost my key for the install disk i was using[it was written on the disk, i forgot that, and the disk was in the drive]), then install cod4...fucking easy.

and why does my computer hate cod4? i mean, my graphics card and processor should be able to handle it, but it lags like a motherfucker....

Ok it looks more worst than it is to the average consumer. to hardcore gamers its easy as pie but to someone who "used to play nintendo" it looks like a huge hill.

bullfuckingshit, my parents could do it, and they're barely able to set up email accounts (i set up their last one for them.....and tech support guided them through the ones before that.....*i got sick of them using the emails provided by their isp, so i made them use gmail*)

Well, I have a PC, ps3, and play my room mates xbox when ever I want, but I fuckin <3 my ps3 above all things of this earth.

i loved my ps3, but it wouldnt compare if i made my own computer for as much as it cost me.....and that's kinda sad, really, because you cant really make much of a computer for 500$.....

Finding decent deals on Newegg and using a pre-existing box to build off of, you actually can build a decent computer for ~$500.

To play COD4 comfortably, you just need a decent processor (~2.0Ghz), decent ram (~2-4Gb) and a decent graphics card (I use a 8600GT XXX).

You can go to newegg and get all of that for less than $400, and you could probably buy a garage sale computer for $75.
