Palm3r and Kas...I said vote graphics and controls by ITS generation! Not in comparison. Like compare the N64 to the PSX, the PS2 to the Gamecube and the WII to the PS3. Not all in general but by generation...I love the 64 to death and have played the shit out of it

i think snes is the best simply because thats where video games really took off. i mean who hasnt racked up weeks playing games like dk and mario cart, and MK... i mean it had every thing. given the new systems are kick ass and dont get me wrong i love my 360 but as for the time it owned all

For Shooter the 360 is my favorite but for racing and such the PS3 is much nicer.

I'm gonna have to go with PS2. Sure the 360 and the PS3 have better graphics, but the PS2 is still seeing new games released 9 years after it's inception. That's one of the biggest lifespans of a game system to date. The PS2 has a wide selection of games in all genres. The PS3 doesn't have a good selection of exclusive titles.

The first XBOX was a great system but it had a short lifespan before the 360 was introduced. Original XBOX game development ceased upon the release of the 360, leaving many gamers feeling cheated.

reasons for ps3: i love sony, they unlike xbox care for their users, they have spawned some great games, and did a very great job with their system.

reasons for N64: zelda, perfect dark, goldeneye, need i say more, alot of golden classics were released on this system during the N64 age.

reasons for snes: snes was all i played when i was a kid, well i played the original NES as well, but when SNES came out, it was old and this was the new and it was great

i would, essentially, agree with you, except for two things: 1: sony fucking pissed me off when they released the new 160gb model ps3's, which, aside from an overpriced, larger harddrive, were lacking several key features that made the former 499$ ps3 well worth buying. i actually had my ps3 stolen, and have had several chances to buy a new one, but i refuse to buy one of the newer model ones,lacking the features that mine had. and 2: the snes wins second for me because it's fucking amazing, the games on it are still almost completely unrivaled....i wish they'd release chrono trigger for ps3 or xbox360 or anything really...
