Since there's no rules (that I can see) I guess I'll post an idea I had =D
My Idea is Torrent WebServers!
Here's how I would imagine it:

Main server (BitTorrent): hosts the original files (websiite)

Client (BitTorrent + web browser): downloads from the original server, updates the files when the server updates, Clients then become Hosts for the Main Server, helping distribute the files for others, making them hosts too, and helping relieve the hosts upload

it will be called... i dunno =/

EDIT: I'm guessing this won't work for dynamics like PHP* >.>

uhm... what ? if I read that right, that's how torrents work already. what you're talking about is called a seeder-box.

and hmm, probably wont work with php.. you cant keep persistent connections like you can with other languages.

this is pretty much what bittorrent does......

it creates a webserver out of the computer that's seeding....just on a different protocol than http....

and a php based torrent client would be a bitch...
