Does anyone here know how to make a garage gun that is SAFE to use?
I think there are some other names for it so basicly it's a gun made of parts you could find in a common tool shed.
The guns usually shoot nails, ball bearings, other crap like that.
If your wondering, Yes, they are legal (at least in US).

Most people make zip guns which are also legal US firearms. They are usually made to fire a single .22 caliber bullet, and are usually made from easily obtainable materials.

I was going to say a zip gun to. If you are wanting to just shoot metal objects... make a coil gun.

Pretty much a supercharged electro magnet that as a current runs through it, it sucks a metal object in and then out at the equivalent of the speed of the electricity running through it... Like a solenoid but the current passes through only once and when it reaches the end, the current shuts off and no more magnet so that the object flying through said coil, keeps on moving

Thanks for the suggestions but I can't get .22 rimfires (for zip guns)in my area. And I'll check out the coil guns but u guys might want to check out garage guns. A lot of them use air compresion to expel projectiles. They have a slight advantage over coil guns as the simpler designs don't need a power source
