We aren't talking about giving you a second head (although a second brain might be usefull for a lot of people). It's about clonning parts of our bodies so that we could replace the original of the were damaged in any obscured way. I do belive that it would be good, as long as we don't clone full humans because that's when it gets useless. Then everyone would be the same, why not blond with blue eyes? Hitler already tried to make everyone identical and look at what happened.

Wow, that has to be... What, one of your top fifty longest posts you've made? Though it doesn't mean much because most of them seems to be insults.
