dude thats a urinary tract infection. nothing that cant be cured just go to the doctor theyll give you meds. your supposed to pee everytime after sex cus it like cleans you out or something and if you don't you get like bacteria and shit.

I don't believe it is an urinary tract infection seeing as the only time the burning occurs is after sex, which leads me to believe that it is only some minor irritation of the urethra; now if the burning sensation is a regular occurrence, even when there was no sex previously, then I would suspect a urinary tract infection. The burning sensation is most likely caused by prolonged overuse of the penis, which seems to be the case seeing as he is a bit overzealous when it comes to sex. If it is a urinary tract infection it is an extremely mild case, and the best way to prevent it is to keep your kidneys health; I would suggest drinking at least a glass or two of Cranberry juice every day, and in a couple of days you should notice that pain to lessen and disappear.

I take cranberry pills on a regular basis. They don't stop the pain though. Also, I am certain that it isn't a urinary tract infection b/c it is only after sex. And I'm not much into anal stimulation, so that's a no go.
