If it is in the middle of the city BlackZodiac's suggestion will be a little extreme for the situation; his would work better for a more sparsely populated location. The best equipment for the job would be: a black face mask, black shirt, black tactical vest and black tactical pants--they both have plenty of pockets for storage of miscellaneous items that might help in your "mission," soft soled shoes, taser gun for protection, and the night vision goggles that Zodiac mentioned--it also might be advantageous to acquire some rappelling gear depending on the height of the building.

What I meant was how densely populated by buildings was the area in which the act will take place; in other words how close are the building relative to each other.

There is about 25 to 30 buildings per block. The specific building is about 70ft by 100ft by 50ft

The buildings a close enough that the only way out I'll have is the side walk or the road

Post #11 would probably work fine for the job at hand, and if you can't acquire some of the equipment just improvise. Add to my suggestion whatever you think might come in handy on your "mission."

Another question that is of great relevance to the "mission," does said building have a security system?

Yes it does that's why I have 7 mins. I've triped it acouple time to test it. I know the power grids backup takes 2 mins to activate and the police will be there 5 mins after. I know what kind of alarm it is and all I need to know about it. It takes 2 mins because the alarm system is crap. They don't really need a great one because they don't have anything. when will the alarm go off? because if it goes off as soon as you start what ever it is your doing, will you really have time to get to the top of a building, get what was it that you said 200 pounds worth of stuff? idk if i remembered that right, but same thing, get the stuff and then off the building and then make it two blocks away from the building? are you doing this alone?

I got some people sorry I'm not gonna say how much, but its enough to get 200lbs to the roof and out in 7 mins. The alarm will got off 2 mins. After I cut the power to the alarm box. By that time we will be on the roof. Not breaking in not stealing anything.
