Iam just saying, if their is a basis that there is a past present and future, then surely the people in the future would have traveled back to a time to this time or the past. Or maybe they have traveled back in time, but to our future and their past. Hmmm, this is more confusing then I thought.

I don't think you can literally go back in time, but I think you can reconstruct it with data collected outside out feild of vision. Everything we see right now in the sky happened a long long time ago. If you see a black hole a million light years away, chances are it has evaporated and all that is left is its ring/galaxy from when it was sucking everything up while it was a quasar.
