I hate the names they give some things. For example Terrorists: What a powerful name to give someone who is trying to scare us into "terror". Its subliminal messaging. Why would you even give them such an empowering name? And they say that the "terrorists" are watching our news waiting for us to say something wrong so they can kill us all. They try to scare us everyway. First it was mad cow disease, then anthrax, then SARS, then the bird flue... They try to scare us with these terms. The "war on evil"? What the fuck is that even supposed to mean? If we really are going after "evil", why did we start in the Middle East? Why not Africa? Its because there black and have no oil. I see these reports on CNN and FOX that just try to scare you. "When will the terrorists strike next? Find out at 10." Its crap like that that pisses me off.

I think they want to scare everyone into submission. Trying to divert everyone’s attention somewhere else. Like our Education problem, healthcare problem, our prisoners problems (The USA has the most people locked up), and our market problems, and other important issues.

FOX media intentionally goes for the hooks, like that -- despite how true, accurate, or mindless they may be. There's a group called FoxAttacks who are having a bit of success, but that's about all that's happening. Just don't watch it.
