I am a Scientific Christian, and yes it is a real religion; I believe that all of science is just the laws that God put in place to govern his creation, and science does not prove that God does not exist. My favorite quote was made by Einstein, he said "Religion without science is lame, but science without religion is blind."

but i dont believe in religion, i believe in faith (not saying i have faith in god, idk if i do or dont), but religion is just political and to me doesnt have much to do with god himself (if there is a god)
if i have to choose a religion i believe makes the most sense it would be judaism or buddhism,,i also think most branches of christianity are full of assholes (not saying christians are assholes, just alot of them)

I agree; however, once they start imposing it upon me, then I start to disfavor it. That said, I strongly disfavor Christianity. I am, of course, an atheist.

I know what you mean. I don't want people to force their views and beliefs on me, so I don't do it to them. I'm open for debates with people about my views and their's, and hopefully that would make some people more open-minded, but chances are that one little debate isn't going to change someone's mind.

Judaism came from other religions too. Every religion that is in the modern world came from ancient deities.

Here is a story I love, regarding religion:

A man got religion, and asked the priest what he must do to be worthy of his new estate. The priest said, "Imitate our Father in Heaven, learn to be like him." The man studied his Bible diligently and thoroughly and understandingly, and then with prayers for heavenly guidance istituted his imitations. He tricked his wife into falling downstairs, and she broke her neck and became a paralytic for life; he betrayed his brother into the hands of a sharper, who robbed him of his all and landed him in the almshouse; he inoculated one son with hookworms, and other with sleeping sickness, another with gonorrhea; he furnished one daughter with scarlet fever and ushered her into her teens deaf, dumb, and blind for life; and after helping a rascal seduce the remaining one, he closed his doors agianst her and she died in a brothel cursing him. Then he reported to the priest, who said that that was no way to imitate his Father in Heaven. The convert asked wherein he had failed, but the priest changed the subject and inquired what kind of weather he was having, up his way.

I'm was born morman and by the time I grew up to understand what religion was I really could have gave less of a shit. So, I'm not athiest, and I'm not christian or any other religion. I lean more towards athiest, but the scientific christian idea isn't that unreasonable, except if there is a god it's not the christ in the bible.

And whoever said science can disprove god is a fucking retard. You can't disprove god, science so far has complemented the idea of intelligent design.
