the govt really can't tax on how a woman uses her cooter. you have to have a permit for everything you sellin in the u.s. thats why any other country where its gov. doesn't tax everything, prostitution is pretty much legal...

FYI prostitution is legal ins ome parts of mexico... they have a lil area where they can prostitute at its called the zero tolerance zone where cops id u at the entrance... well sometimes
