Nature v. Nurture, personally Im a believer in nurture, your environment dictates who you are when growing up.

i grew up in an all black neighbourhood with a high crime rate, and i am still fine. statistically blacks commit more crimes so it would make more sense to pull a higher number over. i am not saying all blacks do and i am not saying white people dont.



they can pull over who ever the fuck they want i know a lot of my white friends who get pulled over for nothing it is called a spot check. and it is not the polices job to look for those people that is CSI and other units.

In the U.S., I'm pretty certain we can't get pulled over for some fucking spot check.

Officer has to see you in violation of some law I believe, seat belt is a secondary violation so that doesn't count...yet
