Its happened to me but in only had 200 songs which I happened to have on disk so it wasn't a big problem.

It broke about 2 months later because it went through the washing machine.

itunes is retarded but you get used to its shit.........i've had it delete everything on my ipod twice now, and that was when i'd upload a song then delete it from the computer, so i lost so much shit both times...............
if there was something better out there i'd want it............

$250 christmas present last year, use it every day, one of the few things i have that i truly care about, but itunes and apple can both suck a cock
but all the music and movies i got for free on limewire/frostwire and have enjoyed pretty much make the price even out in the long run.........plus all those boring ass days i can just watch a movie or listen to my music from something so small in my pocket, that shit is almost priceless
