Cool CHAOS theory

i am doing some research on the Chaos theory.. i want any one to let me in on their thoughts about this.. if you dont know what im talking about- heres a example.

So CHAOS is that every action we do or create will create sort of a ripple that affects everyone and every thing.

E.g.- You kill a mouse in your hotel room on your trip in africa
the mouse has no family so his huge family name dies
eventualy all mice die off to
fox starves cause it eats only mice- all fox die
lion dies cause it has no fox
antelope overpopulate and eat all vegitation-they kill themselves
a million years from now, cave man has no food and dies to.

-Thats just an example of sort of that one thing you do can start a chain reaction in time & space........ DEEP SHIT I KNOW...

So if you have any thought please help me out on this i have a report to do and this is a wayy sick subject

Peace, KonaClump7005

Ive personally havnt heard the Chaos theory, but what is sound like your kind of talking about is Einstein's saying "For every action is a opposite and equal reaction". What I think your saying, is like if we go back in time and kill a insect that it will have a huge effect on everything, rewrite history so to speek. That certain insect was supposed to be somewhere at a certain time and that would have changed history, but you killed it so that event never takes place.

This is intresting, because what is time but light. Think about when we look into a telescope and look at a star 30 light years away, We are seing that star 30 years ago. Think if we look at the galaxy that is 2 million light years away, we are seing that galaxy 2 million years ago. This is trippy to think about, what does that mean about time? is time just light? or is time not even relevant? do we just use time as a way to increment the movement threw space? Im not really sure......

it's not einstein's saying dumbass...its newton's third law of motion...and to answer you question about using light to measure distance...yes what do you thing a light-year is? the distance light travels in a year which is approx. 5.6 trillion miles...and a parasec is 3.26 light years...so yeah. So if the Sun just suddenly "shut off" we wouldn't know about it for about 8 1/2 mins, cause it takes light that amount of time to reach us at 1AU(astronomical unit), which is 93 million miles....sry but it pisses me off when ppl get science shit like that mixed up

and the chaos theory is not that at all...MORON!...the chaos theory is that and i quote"something as subtle as a butterfly flapping it's wings, could cause a tidal wave on the otherside of the world"...man i get fucking pissed when ppl get theories and that kind of shit mixed up....FUCK!

xplosive cooker......You were right about the saying, "For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction," but you are wrong about chaos theory, a.k.a. The Butterfly effect, chaos theory states that the smallest act can be that catalyst that leads to massive changes, in other words no matter how small the catalyst the outcome can be massive. The thing about time is that it is not light it is merely the dimension through which all matter travels. Light is actually a vibration of the fifth dimension. KonaClump had the right idea but the wrong metaphor, let me see if I can produce a more efficient one; Lets say you remove an animal from an environment that relies on it, with the animal gone whatever niche it filled will be filled by another animal, that will change the habits of that animal and thus every other animal that previously interacted with this animal before long the entire environment has changed to fill the void left by you removing the fist animal.>>>>>> To better explain what Rasta meant by the time paradox he stated I will present my own; The grandmother paradox which you should of all heard of states that if you were to go back in time and find your grandmother as a young girl and kill her before she had your mother or father then you would never be born so thus you could not go back in time in the first place to kill your grandmother, here is an interesting thought, so if it is impossible to kill your grandmother them what would happen when you shoot her with a gun? would the time line split to accommodate the new event or would the fabric of space time unravel plunging you into an empty void?

Xplosive Cooker, you act like you know what your talking about, but really no one really knows. And with Einstein's saying; yes it has to do with it(not the whole thing). If you kill something it is going to have a reaction. If you do anything it has a reaction. Your a fucking idiot because you sound like you have all the answers, when you dont know what your talking about.

A Deo et Rege, Are you talking about the string theory? I think thats what its called, but there are 10 demensions and they're all parallel.

You Guys are great. Yes I will decline to say my metaphor was shit but 3/4ths of the people who look at this dont know shit so i had to try hard... but the butterfly metaphor goes like this- A butterfly flapping its wings in tahiti can create a tornado in kansas.. my metaphor was just trying to point out everything has an effect on everything else...... Rego your idea of the dimensions is perfect- if you went back in time somehow and shot your grandmother well either your dimension would continue on its way like nothing happened your you would cease to exist. Deja Vue-the movie- trys hard to explain this.
