pelet gun(to shoot the lites out and the alarm systom if there is 1)
nife (to rip open the beds and the furniture)
a blunt object to smash a windo (i like the hachet) and to punch holes in the walls
spray paint (some ugly coler)
some help and a spot to put all the stuff u steal so u can sell it later

Have you studied the targets habits to see when the house will be vacant, and how long said house will be vacant. It's usually good idea to do a little research on your subject before you decide to do anything of this nature; well, that is of course if you want everything to go smoothly, but you could just run in with guns blazing, although I wouldn't recommend it.
