verizon:We'll be out between the hours of 8pm-5pm

They never showed.
Talked to their stupid people on the phone.

Stupid guy who works at Verizon:We'll have a guy out to fix the problem between the hours of 8am-5pm

Ends up the office doesn't work weekends so the guy couldn't help fix it until Monday.

Sorry I'm just really pissed bout this Dial-Up and not having my DSL
