It's just a beret, though people have made claims that these black berets are "secret" guards for these "black projects". I have seen photos of black berets at the Mexican boarder and pictures of them around Area 51.

My point being to all this is:
-Underground bases do exist, very large ones.
-Secret tests have taken place in these underground bases, though the person[s] being interviewed had their voise and faces disguised and also did not say any information on these tests.
-People have worked there that have come out and spoke about it, though some never said anything about secret tests (except Phil Schneider) who alleged was assassinated.
-There have been few situations that have hard evidence that humaniods do exist (Betty & Barney Hill case).
-Who to believe? The United States government which has lied to us all numerous of times, of the odd few who did work in these underground bases and have some hard evidence of what they claim? You think that the people of Germany planned and really wanted to exterminate the Jewish race? I think not, Adolf Hitler manipulated the German people. You might claim that the United States is much different, the United States supported the Germans and the British in WWI/II, as well as prescott Bush, and the Rockefellers.
