luckily the more a person trys to make me mad the less it works for some reason, id hate to fight a person when i was trully mad because idk what id do. when my ex gf told me she was gonna spend the night with a "guy friend" i punched the window out of my truck.

I say that it's healthy to release your anger and not bottle it up!
Basically it's like "Serenity Now, Insanity Later".

Anyone can go insane by anger it's really just a matter of how long you can hold it back.
I knew a guy (who will remain nameless) and one day he's minding his own buisiness when he sees another guy with his woman. They were kissing or something i don't remember. Anyway my buddy just lost it and stabbed the guy.
I gotta say everyone should find some way to relieve anger or else we're all fucked.

Read a book called 'Don't Sweat the Small Stuff'. It's pretty much what they teach you in anger management. You need to add a step in your thinking, after you hear something you process it before you react to it.
