as long as you dont deface the dollar to the point of it not being useable then its fine but if it cant be used again then its a federal crime i believe(desecration of U.S. currency)

Yes, any form of desecration of legal tender or currency is illegal and is a federal offense and you are looking at jail time. they wouldn't really care if you did it to one or two dollars but if it becomes common, they will track your website and find you. 1st you will get a warning but i wouldn't do it.
