personally i believe that cheney is the one behind most of this stuff going on in the middle east, he has had planes for this since he was in the clinton administration, he wants to make the U.S. into a supreme nation,.

Actually, constitutionally there are things that only the president can sign or do. Therefore, it would be impossible for Cheney to "run the country". In fact, no single person can "run the country". Checks and balances people, checks and balances.
