america does need a change. the whole world needs a change but its not in the government. its in the people. the solid truth is is that if everybody could just get along we wouldnt need government for anything more than a volenteer police force and to regulate the economy. the biggest thing is the economy. a capitolist economy allows for an individual to get ahead in the world but what happens when he gets too powerful. he seeks to abuse that power. unfortunately a command economy is too unreliable for the population. eitherway unless a government becomes temporarilly communist the government cant adjust these things.
