the current law is fine. theres no epidemic in florida of people fucking animals, this is a prime example of some douschbag politicians trying to make a big deal out of a non issue to garnish support for themselves, and more importantly get publicity and votes.

Metalhead is right, there is no need for this law. It probably has some amendments someone in congress wants to sneak by, and they put it in so if anyone opposes it the senator who wants it can say his opponent supports bestiality.

I'm pretty sure that the laws in WV state that it's illegal to have sex with an animal under 40 pounds. Not sure if it's under or over, and the only reason I could think that they wouldn't make it "animals at ALL" is because humans are considered animals. I think it should be illegal everywhere though. That's just.. odd. Lol.

heres a thing to look at too, for anyone who says that animals really can't say they like it or not or w/e, so that makes it okay.
