and bush didnt send troops in iraq for shits and giggles... iraq stopped allowing inspections and searchs in theirt country (that just might make bush think why not)

Ok, morons. Bush is Commander in Chief of the United States Military. Which means he's in charge of the Military, he can give them orders. While he can't declare war without congress' approval, he has a way of getting around that. Since he's in charge of the Military he can send them to places. Let's say for example, Iraq. He can send them there without declaring war. And if they're attacked, well they have to defend themselves now don't they?
