I do not support the "eye for an eye" punishment, With how many innocent people are jailed in the US every day. If someone that lives near me rapes a kid, and they say I did it for some reason. Well in equal measurements I don't want to to be raped in the ass by an officer with a Pepsi bottle. Same with murder etc, it just isn't right. And well for the death sentence, rotting in jail is worst than death IMO. Look at Charles Manson, that dude just wishes he was dead inside. (Yeah he wants out, but it is never going to happen and he knows that.)

IMO also though I think the Laws are the best they will ever be. Yes there are loopholes and shit but well. We are a free country, and as long as people have access to do anything they feel free to they will do it. Let me put it this way. A friend was talking to me in the car about the police drug raiding a house w/ tear gas and the whole street was outside watching. So more cars pull to the houses and told them to go inside, this is not there business. (which I can understand) and of course they said fuck you to the cop, that they can stand anywhere they want this is America. (And it is! but..) You know they are just doing there job. We could go inside and let em be yah know they are cops, just listen. If you were to be in say somewhere like China and this happened. Say you say "No." ... Your gonna fuck-in get shot lol. Even with the death sentence and how much I hate getting pulled over, US laws are about as good as it fucking gets lol. If you chose to shoot a guy in the face and rob a gas station, you deserve what happens. An "Eye for an eye" strategy would just be super bad, when it came down to the end. At least the way it is you sit in death row for years and get a chance at innocence.

im gonna ignore the majority of your content just to make this comment:

Charles Manson does NOT want out.

he was up for parole a couple years back, and the people asked him "what would you do if we set you free?" he told them he'd find and murder each and every one of their families....

I do not believe in the death penalty, but life without parole would suffice for someone who has done a murder *and/or killing spree* Putting someone on death row for lethal injection and such does not make it right. Yes they did kill someone but doesn't that make us killers too watching these people die because they killed a family member we delight in there torment and death...when really the death penalty is there way of escaping the misery they have put families through.

All society runs on death. Countrys make money from selling weapons and war. Look at our music and our movies, show this stuff to some guy in the jungle who has never even seen a TV. He would go insane.

I think I would rather die than spend life in jail. But that's my own personal opinion.

A lot of wonderful people kill themself in prison.
