I recently got a drug paraphenilia charge for a large unburnt piece of copper chore boy (which is put in pipes to smoke crack). There was no pipe or drugs found so I don't see how they can charge me. The cops reason for the charge was that I was the part of town I was in which has alot of drug activity. Anyone else ever had this happen?

Why worry? That's not solid evidence, even a public attorney could prove those charges off in 30 seconds.

whats with the double post.its even the same exact wording.but yeah, i cant see you going to jail for chore-boy.but as far as the seeds.they could get you for cultivation if they feel like being dicks.but i doubt thatll even happen.ive been through the system i dont know how many times.and ive beat it every time.fuck....about 2 years ago i got popped with a 1/4 lb. of some good ass hydro and they ended up dropping the charges cuz i proved that they tapped my phone illegally.well i shouldve said my lawyer proved me innocent.best 4,000$ ive ever spent.i wouldve been pissed if i were found guilty and ended up still having to pay for a crappy lawyer.well good luck on your case
