Switzerland and Austria, never had to fight in World War 2.

No there is not any nukes that are 100% specifically for ground/air detonation, it is all computer programmed inside that is set to be detonated 50ft, 100ft, 1000ft or 1mm above the ground. Also American nuclear bombs are not big at all compared to Russian made nuclear missiles, take a look here, compare the nuclear bombs the United States dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

To this day the Russian's have much more powerful nuclear missiles then the TSAR.
