what this looks like to me is a bash arguement, ie stick it in terminal and press enter...ill test something and figure it out...seems like either bullshit or unfinnished code (it's supposed to have program names in there that it doesnt maybe...) oh my no, it'll probably just crash the computer if you ran it as is......it seems like it runs its self over and over again (whatever the : cmd is), causing it to open thousands of times in the memory, as linux does not restrict multiple processes of the same name being opened the way winxp does.....easily patched tho, and probably is in most systems

yeah, thats what it supposed to do...just exhaust all system resources and kill the comp. I restricted my user shit like the article said (actually, mine was already set way lower than the articles suggestion), but I just dont want to run it on my comp.
