hmmm... i know of a good IP hider. the main issue with hiding an IP is that you have one in the first place... so, to fix that; call your ISP and have your internet service canceled.. when you get that done, then you wont have to worry about hiding your IP anymore... seeing that it is; you wont have one anymore. =)

meh... Tor is decent... but it's not fool proof. It is my opinion that you cant truly be annon. on the internet. If someone desires... it is possible to track you, even the most ingenious loopbacks and proxy systems cant stop that.

what are you doing that you need to hide your ip for?? well,i use peerguardian 2 and it seems to work pretty well.although i dont know for sure if it "hides" your ip.i think it scrambles it so your isp cant see what sites you visit or what you download.could be wrong though
