Try Https proxies. Alot of school filters will not block them, because they are secured.
that is like, https://proxy.org/
Also, try looking for proxies that are from other countries, I use a personal one from Germany.

Ok kind of a dumb question (go ahead call me a noob) but say you downloaded a third-party internet browser thats not so generic (It doesn't come up on the first few pages of Google) or if you are super l33t like mass and coded your own...might it work if you tried to access websites that would normally be blocked through this other browser?

Ok. This is like the third time i've said this, but
Freegate
Google it.

Freegate is blocked at my school, as most proxies and IP counterparts are.

What I did is made myself *****, and did it that way. Before that, I used to remote control my computer at home through the school computer. That was before eventually running my computer as a server and proxyifying off of that. =]

9 times out of 10 the filters and shit are controlled by the citys school board. thats where u gotta look.
