If you know them in real life try and make up with them.Go to there house for a night download a keylogger that is safe(many for parents to monitor what there kids look at on the internet) and get all his info.. Try and get him to buy somthing with a credit card if at all possible. Be like ill give you 60 bucks to buy me this hat off ebay or somthing when the hat only cost 20.. It could work.. Then again thats like a huge offence i think.. Myabe federal.. But if you don't know him find out how to put one in a program and send him like a ad on to fire fox or somthing of that nature.

Well, first find his email address.
Then send him the same email 1,000 times every week for a year.
Some email carriers only let you delete a certain amount of emails at once, and even if his doesn't, how could he sort out spam from friends?
That, and some carriers only hold limited messages, so he might not even be able to get regular emails.
And if he blocks you, no more mr. nice guy. Hack his ass right back!
