My Library's Computer...
alright i need help my library's computer is on hella lock down and i dont know what to do...if i click start it tells me to either log off or shut down thats it...i try to open command prompt from notepad...it wont let me...like i said this shit is on lock down please help me, thanks

And mass, if you take a look at that, it doesn't look to me like he knows what hes talking about too well.....i bet the security inst at all tight, and that i COULD get past it.
