how much money you got? with a few exceptions, this site is full of people who think that making a script to shutdown a computer if awesome. try looking for what you need, then asking around for help if you need it. I dont know really anything in the way of "Master Hacking", but i do know i little. Get an account on AIM, and I will share with you a few things.

i'm not a hacker but i can give u an advice..i study computer technologies and the only way to become a hacker is to read a lot of books and to search a lot of links at google,yahoo etc. you must first learn on how to search what you want (proper keywords,small letters->best and more results) and then you have to learn how you can prevent your pc so as to learn how you can hack other's..i mean if you know the best ways to knock off a house you will automatically know how to prevent yours..

i programme html by hand, and im learning fpi (FPSC scripting language).

there is no "Master Hacker". There always learning, so you never can know everything.
