im kinda sorry for being a dumbass but i actually googled the difference between a dynamic and static ip and its all in lingo i dont understand well.so can anybody here explain the difference to me.is it like this,is a static ip like the ip your isp assigns to your computer and a dynamic would be like off someones network? or is it kinda vise versa from what i just said.like i said im sorry for askin stupid questions,but now im curious

A dynamic IP gets assigned to you everytime you log onto the network/isp. A static one is one that you enter manually and is typically assigned to you manually, i.e. network ***** tells you.

I'm a bit rusty on my networking so I'm sure LNT or the like will correct me if I'm terribly wrong.

mhm, and changing your computers IPv4 to a different static ip, can do things..... like spoof.....
