so my computer screen is cracked ont he inside so i cant see more than 2/3s of my screen,,and ive been saving up for a new one and im gonna go get one tomorrow probably but i want to transfer my itunes into the other itunes ont he new comp,,i know there is a way to do it thru the i-pod and dont tell me to look it up on a search engine or w.e cuz i did and there are some programs but im gonna have to pay for them so if anyone knows a way for me to do it for free let me know,,

also, im an idiot when it comes to most tech things so if you can keep it dumb for me..thnaks

Just drag the iTunes folder down to the bottom of the desktop (or wherever you can see), along with the iPod icon. Then deposit the songs into your iPod.

..yeah but im trying to do the reverse,,i wanna put songs from my i-pod into the itunes,,not the songs fromt he itunes into the ipod,,i know how to do that

there are programs to do it but you have to pay,,im trying to do it for free, and an easy way too

Yeah, drag and drop the stuff from iTunes to your iPod.

There is a program called iDump you can get it for free on download.com I think. It will allow you to move the songs from your ipod onto your hardrive.

look... the iPod functions as an external hard drive on top of it being a MP3 player, you just drag the iTunes music library over to the drive that your computer sets the iPod as, and there you go...
