I know this probably has been asked before but i didnt know what to type in search to look for it anyways the question is- is it possible to access someones comp if u get there ip? i been studying telnet for a long time now and u can telnet into comps woth ip but thats to send mail and look at sites and stuff i dunno much bout it though you might be able to gain access to someones comp thro it though....i wanna know how to go about this.... ots ok if you reply callin me a noob or somthin because iam just trying to learn >.>' but please try not to reply unless you can help me on the subject...

Forget telnet its outdated.
You are looking at this the wrong way, instead of looking for the magic program to gain access. Research the flaws of the OS or the exploits that are out. both of those are going to take some programing knowledge. (perl,php,shell, ect..) Even if your going to be a skiddie your still going to have some basic knowledge of how the script is working so you can edit it to suit your needs.
So no there is no way to have a IP and just connect without the user allowing it.
