Im thinking you cant change your IP unless your ISP releases your lease. That wouldn't matter any why your lease is recorded anyway.. so theres no hiding with an IP change.. btw iskur what are we doing here hahah

Hes right though, besides, you could just download firefox and configure your proxy settings... makes your life easier in my opinion and besides, with firefox, you can give bogus emails via trashmail.net that just forward the messages to your real email... do it all the time, hate giving out my email address.

ok so you want to know how to change your IP? I have made a simple batch file that does it for me and the commands are :


@echo off
ipconfig
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

this batch file omly discuises your ip not change it. if someone wanted to look further into your sys. ***** then they could see it in plain view. this batch file will hide you from trojans and that is the only benefit i see. hee is one thatll completely change your address

ipconfig/clear
ipchange/
ip=(your new ip goes here)
ipavailiability/ off
@echo off


put your new ip in the brackets

how can you just "get" a new IP... unless you're running a Dynamic IP.. that really shouldn't be that easy. Normally you have to pay for it. And also... how can that mask your real IP ?

Here's a better idea. Download Tor and Privoxy, install Firefox, get the Tor Button extension, and be on your merry way. You could probably run an SSH Tunnel if you really wanted to.. maybe compromise a few boxes and get a nice little chain going.
