I have a two year warrenty on my ipod from best buy it states that if it gets a virus or breaks from electic charge i can get a new one its all scrached up and the warrenty is almost up do you know how i can break it without voiding the warrenty????

take an old charger that's around two or 3 times the voltage/amperage rating of an ipod charger, strip the wires, and plug it in?

put a virus or 20 on it?

i hear u can wrap it in a towel, plug it in, transfer a large file like movie or something, then smash it against a table while its transfering. this will definatly break ur ipod and keep ur warrenty in check at the same time. gl those bb warrenties are some trash though

perhaps if you set the USB voltage on your computer higher than what it normally goes at, you might be able to short it when u plug it in. I forgot how to do it, its probably in your computers BIOS or something like that. look it up on Google for a bit more info. It's not that I don't want to help you get a new ipod (Since I love using warranties) but its that I just cant remember everything on that

Lol I've gotten 5 of the best iPod's out from an iPod I originally bought in the 5th grade. I'm now a senior and have only paid for warranties since then. I now have a 30gb that plays movies.
