just download ophcrack onto a cd, put the cd in when the computer boots up, and it will crack the ***** password if it is under 14 letters, if there is no cd drive, with a little work you can make ophcrack run on a memory stick.

his school is going to run off of a network...so getting an ***** pass for one computer isnt going to help......and it IS possible to stop your idea...hitting f8 and booting into safe mode most likely wont work at a schoool because its possible to password the administator login for safe mode...

Your all being stupid on here... best thing i'd do is just ask a teacher or librarian.

If not - then your stuffed, no point in trying software to get past it, most virus scanners and that will just say its a virus of somesort and want to quarantine it... just spy on your teachers logging in, or try last known good configuration but doubt this will help (it will only work if the machine was setup from *.inf* files as the ***** pass will have been set after xp was configured, not during the setup).

Okay. In response to Twisted, The title of the topic is: How do i get ***** password for windows xp. Not Novell or some other network. Some schools don't have extra security measures, just a private webfilter.
