and the fact that it doesn't work anyways... I've tried it on my new laptop. you can go to safe mode, but you can NOT make a new user account.
and I've tried it on my dad's computer, which is running XP. those 'safe mode' options don't come up. (and no you can't push the F5 button ,or whatever button it is, to bring safe mode up)
so, no... it doesn't work...
(honestly I think that only works with windows 95/98, and that's it)

May I remind you that unless the people aren't tech savvy, that method won't work....

all you have to do is go to 'safe mode' and click 'administrator.' a 5 year old could do that...

on my computer (I am the ***** on my computer, I just wanted to try it to see if it did work on vista) I went to safe mode, I went to ***** account. after it was all finished loading, I went to control panel, and clicked on 'user accounts' and it didn't work. (I have also tried this on XP, and I got the same results)

so, like I said, I think it only works on 95 and 98, b'cuz it sure as hell won't work on XP and Vista...

you're obviously not getting what I said...

it doesn't work, you can't make a new account from safe mode, I just tried it again. safe mode is just a way to check if your system is working right.

safemode only loads up the "core drivers." so you can't go on the internet, listen to music, watch a video with good quality, etc, etc...

safemode is just a self test. you can not make a new account on it...
(I've tried it on so many different computers before. It won't work on XP or Vista)

obviously, many people here want to use this to screw around with school passwords and accounts and stuff so that they can access youtube, etc etc. why not work around the suspected logging problem by disconnecting the network cable, (in most cases, the LAN one that looks like a thicker phone cord), booting into linux, copying config, then shutting off and plugging back in the LAN cord?

this way, not only will it not be ABLE to log the copying (through the network that is) AND it wont be logged in windows as a standalone, since youre using linux. i also reccomend using backtrack right from the get-go like ishkur said
