I Know what he's talking about your supposed to cut a wire that registers the coins so when you put the coins in it just stacks up and you cant use the coin return to get it back so when you come back you reconnect the wire pull the coin return thingy and you get all the change that was stacked up. It would kinda be obvious that your doing it though.

Just make thermite. Place a tiny piece on the lock, put magnesium strips into the thermite and light them. Burn the lock to pieces. Try and time it so you take the money a week before its due to be emptyed. Power to the people! Free phone calls!! Make sure to do it to a remote phone box, its very noisy and looks like you let of a flare in the phonebox. Lol. Or just cut the wires. Whatever.
