MSN .. the Microsoft Network ... is not an independent browser in and of itself... there is a derivation of the Internet Explorer series that is integrated with MSN messenger in some fashion ... but not an independent project.

Just use firefox with foxyproxy..... easiest way

Tor and Privoxy are the best out there... also try using a local loop-back proxy... even trickier... then throw in an SSH tunnel or two, and add that to the fact that you're on a hijaked WiFi network... and just maybe you've figured out IP and MAC spoofing. ha... shy of the FBI or CIA, i dont think anyone's going to find you if you did all of that shit.
