well i know that a few years ago in the high schools here its in the policies and stuff that they give you and your parents to read that cell phones and other such electronic devices are illegal on school grounds. plus theres like at least 2 police officers per campus all the time...

with everything that goes on in schools with shootings and stabbings, they are become about as careful as they were with airplanes after 9/11.

you might wanna research your schools policies and just how far they can take things.

Contact the Mythbusters on this one... maybe they can find something that will bypass the metal detectors, and as for a phone, there are metal parts in it. Mainboard, battery, antenna, etc.
