As long as you are not distributing the pictures, the girl consented to you taking pictures of her, and you are both minors, they can't charge you with shit. There was a precedent set a while back where a kid in the exact same scenario got off without any charges.

yea thats what i thought, if youre both minors its different...

they can't touch you in the first place in a school...huge violation of policy if a teacher touches a student (& vice versa). keep your phone in your pocket and don't give it to them!! if they try to reach into your pocket to get it you have the beginnings of a sex offense lawsuit vs. that individual.

Idk. I was fucking pissed though. The school's officer kept my phone for a night when I didn't even do anything. The one time I didn't do anything. And because of that, I had to sit and listen to my principal rant for about 45 minutes about how I'm too smart to be fucking up this young ( which I'm not fucking up.. kind of ) and how i need to improve my grades ( where the fuck that came from, idk. ). The whole situation was gay.

licensed security guard is allowed to frisk you, by the law they're considered a close rank to a police officer...BUT they arent allowed to do anything without probable cause (this includes searching your bag)...teachers/principal is not allowed to frisk you, but they are allowed to search your bag without probable cause. they cant ask you to turn in your pockets.

basically, if you get blamed for something, and your school doesnt have security guards, have the shit in your pockets.

if there are security guards, 1:dont get caught, 2:dont give probable cause. (simple shit like holding your hand in your pocket so that it looks like a guy can be considered and proved to be probable cause in a court of law)

basically, you SHOULD never get busted by a school official for possession of anything if you have a decent lawyer....now they MIGHT call the cops in, in which case, you're fucked, and that's a new realm of law for you to have your lawyer deal with.
